Green List in New Zealand refers to those roles that demand the right skills and are short in the country. The list has not only helped migrants to grab the right job but has also made it easy for employers to attract highly skilled workers.

Eligibility Criteria to Apply for Green List Roles in New Zealand

The guide to Green List will help eligible and talented workers in grabbing the role of their choice in the country. In terms of eligibility criteria, the applicant must be employed by or have a written offer from an accredited employer in New Zealand.

If the applicant becomes eligible for the job, then he or she will be able to apply for the vacant position in New Zealand. Alternatively, you will be able to come to the country on a work visa and apply for a job. Applicants will also be able to apply for the job from outside New Zealand.

Eligibility Regarding Residence in New Zealand

Migrants that are eligible to work for the occupations mentioned in the Green List will be able to apply for a residence visa. Based on the roles played, their partners will be having open work rights. Regarding the age limit, the applicant and the partner must belong to the age group below fifty-five years.

Both the partners along with their children must meet the English language requirements at their best. Dependent children belonging to the age group below 16 years are free from the English language test.
