If you plan to open a café, then you must be familiar with the brewing techniques; if not, then we are here to save you. In this platform, we will be discussing the various coffee brewing methods that you should know.

Various Methods of Coffee Brewing Process

Drip filtration

This is the manual pour-over method or your typical auto-drip machine. A paper filter that collects oils and sediments is passed over the freshly ground coffee (remember that this is highly recommended). Once the coffee seeps through, your brew is ready. The majority of homes utilize the auto-drip method, but because manual pour-over gives you more control over the brewing process, it has recently acquired favor among coffee connoisseurs.

French press

One of the easiest ways to make excellent coffee is with a French press. It’s one of the methods for brewing coffee that brings out the best flavors in the bean, giving it a flavor all its own. Use coarse grinds to produce the French press. Coffee’s essential oils and antioxidants are better diffused and kept when ground coffee is soaked, steeped, and strained in hot water using a press pot. You can prepare big pots of coffee at once, and it brings out the purest flavors in the coffee.

Aero press

Because the Aero Press is such a small brewing tool, it has become a traveler’s necessity for having great coffee wherever they go. The plunger, chamber, and filter cap are Aero Press’s three essential components. A stirrer, scoop, funnel, filter holder, and filter sheets are also included with an Aero Press. If you serve this coffee to your customers, also hand them some custom paper napkins.

Cold brew

Cold brew has a low acidity and bitterness because it is produced without water heating. It’s undoubtedly one of the most excellent summertime drinks, with a strong brew and no bitterness. Among the various coffee-making methods, cold brew takes the longest, but the results are well worth the wait. Grind your coffee beans coarsely, add a filter, and let the mixture steep for 12 to 20 hours at room temperature to make a cold brew. Since it keeps fresh for two weeks, you can prepare a large batch of coffee at once.

These are some types through which coffee can be brewed and served to the customers. For most customers, coffee is an emotion, and serving them the best coffee can make your café more popular.
