Registered nurses will map the labor market skill gaps in New Zealand. To qualify as a registered nurse, it is essential to have requisite educational qualifications. They are inclusive of the following:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in nursing
- Work experience of a minimum of two years after gaining registration from the home country
- A minimum score of 7 in every section of the IELTS examination
The work experience must be in the last five years of applying for registration in the native country. Once done with the submission of the application, the application will be inspected by the New Zealand CGFNS International Inc.
Post verification, the application report will be forwarded to the NCNZ from where the ultimate registration will be provided.
